Evergreen Chorus sang the National Anthem at the Renegades game
on July 28th, and we have the photos to prove it!

Evergreen Chorus and her chapter quartets were very involved in the celebrations on July 21st for the Poughkeepsie Area Chamber of Commerce sponsored Balloon Fest event.

In the afternoon, After Hours (left) and Xclamation! (right) strolled and sang at
the Children's Home's 160th Anniversary celebration.

On March 11th, Evergreen had a very busy day!

A Crowd gathered at the Galleria Mall to listen as Evergreen sang Holiday Songs to help raise money for United Way.   Joe Daily introduced us...

AFTER HOURS sang on Joe Daily's Holiday Concert, December 15th.

It was finally December 10th, 2006 - time for our HOLIDAY HARMONY Concert!

Meanwhile, Evergreen Chorus participated in FROZENDALE festivities, caroling at businesses all along Main Street.   A good time was had by all!

The audience laughed and cried as Salvo Guittilla played - bringing out every emotion with his wonderful interpretations!
We are so glad to have been a part of this wonderful concert for the second year!

The Evergreen Chorus performed at Delta Kappa Gamma Society International's Eastern Area Conference, held at Mount Saint Mary College in Newburg, NY.   We performed at both sessions of their Saturday Morning Spa - A Celebration of the Senses.  

Carole Argulewicz, director of Evergreen Chorus, is a teacher and member of the Alpha chapter of Delta Kappa Gamma Society International.   She presented a wonderful workshop about proper singing - using Evergreen to demonstrate the techniques!   She also spoke about Sweet Adelines International and Women's Barbershop Harmony, in general.   I am proud to report that according to those attending the conference, we got an "A"!

We even had an impromptu performance of Rockin' Robin by 6 of the octet members: Kathy S, Ellen G, Kath G, Pat M, Fran W and a very animated Kay V.
