Evergreen Chorus has nine women who comprise the Management Team. Each member of the Management Team is a coordinator whose role is to make decisions that allow Evergreen Chorus to function smoothly and enable their committee of chorus members to get things done. - Performance Coordinator; Management Team Coordinator – Nancy ClarkShe and her team are responsible for Strategic Planning, Coordinating Management Team agenda with input from the Team, Facilitating Management Team meetings, Maintaining Chapter Calendar of Events-monthly & year overview, Maintaining Hot Sheet & Yahoo Site of all Chapter announcements & communications, Acts as Liaison from Management Team to Chorus, Runs business meetings at weekly chorus rehearsals , Represents Chapter at Regional Meetings, Maintains Standing Rules & By Laws, Promotes International Events, and Acts as Liaison from Region to chorus. Finance Coordinator – Gail Van VlackShe and her team are responsible for receiving & disbursing all Chapter funds, Maintaining & tracking membership payment schedule, Providing monthly financial report for the Team, Preparing an annual report & arranges for annual audit, Preparing & submitting annual tax form, Participating in long range planning, Overseeing fund raising and grant search efforts, Re-charters members at their anniversary date, and handles new member Registration & member transfers. Communications Coordinator – Kathy SylvesterShe and her team are responsible for taking notes to document Management Team Meetings & preparing meeting summaries, Providing copies of meeting summaries to Management Team & emailing them to the Region, Posting a copy of meeting summaries for the chorus membership, Maintaining Chorus Contact List, Chorus Phone Tree, and Chorus Mailboxes, Maintaining Chorus External Website, Overseeing Nominations, Providing for Inter-Chorus Communications and Overseeing Communications with Taglines. Membership Coordinator – Pat FlemingShe and her team are responsible for welcoming prospective members & guests, Coordinating Holiday Harmony and Open House Programs, maintaining & distributing new member packets, Member Retention, Recording Attendance, coordinating a Year round membership drive, Coordinating with Events Coordinator for Member Events, providing New Member Pins, Facilitating a Sweet Adeline of the Year Questionnaire, and Presenting Sweet Adeline of the Year Awards. Chapter Coordinator – Fran WilhelmShe and her team are responsible for Coordinating the rehearsal facility, Coordinating all aspects of riser management, set-up, transport, money collection, Overseeing birthday recognition, acting as Chorus contact for members' significant personal events, Maintaining a List of Former Chorus members and a historical record of the chorus, Scheduling individuals to be in charge of closing the rehearsal hall, Maintaining the Storage Unit, providing Riser Education and Maintaining the Chorus Banner and acting as Quartet Promotion Chair. Events Coordinator – Laurie WooleverShe and her team are responsible for Coordinating the Installation Dinner, Coordinating Crazy Quartet Event biannually, Coordinating a Chorus Summer party, Coordinating Holiday & other parties, Coordinating the Afterglow for Fall Show, Coordinating special Events (i.e. Liberty Game & Bus) & social time for chorus members, Coordinating registration, housing & transportation for Competition, Coordinating transportation to any large performance, Coordinating registration & housing for Trax, Arranging for a photo log of events, Coordinating the Fall Show, and Coordinating a Chorus Guide at Competition, Coordinating the Rah Rah Team, and Participating on the Show Team. Marketing Coordinator – Cary KruzanskyShe and her team are responsible for Maintaining a Public Relations connection List, Publicizing performances – radio ,TV, newspaper , flyers, bulletin boards, photos, Developing Community awareness, Developing & maintaining a list for public performance notices to the public, Developing & maintaining a list for advertisement solicitation, Arranging for a Photo Log of Performances, Arranging for video Taping of Performances, and working with the performance coordinator to coordinate performance related activities Performance Coordinator – Carol SchultheisShe and her team Manage performance bookings, Inspect facilities to see if suitable for performances, Advise Director of potential performances, Maintain a performance sign up book, Coordinate with Riser Manager as needed for performances, Coordinate with Marketing Coordinator for Performance advertising and recording. Director – Carole ArgulewiczShe and her team are responsible for Long Range Planning Regarding Music, Music selection, Auditions & notification, Video taping coaches, Education Coordinator, Vocal & Visual plan, Coaching schedule & interaction, General Attendance tracking, Coordinating the Chorus Retreat, and Coordinating Emcees for Performances.
